On behalf of the organizing committee, we are delighted to welcome you to Caparica (Lisbon, Portugal), for the 3rd International Caparica Conference on Chromogenic and Emissive Materials (3rd IC3EM-2018).

The Conference will take place in Costa de Caparica the 3rd to 6th September 2018 .

We cordially encourage you to attend and contribute to one of the major events in 2018 on the Dyes and Fluorescence field.

The Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) in collaboration with the Scientific Society ProteoMass offers 10 grants for PhD/Master students (Poster or Shot gun presentations)
These Grants include a free registration fee in the conference (200 euros).

Only atteendess with lodgement in the conference venue with the conference package can be apply to the grants.

Special Issue on the Dyes and Pigments journal

Dyes and Pigments is pleased to Publish a Special Issue of invited papers from the 3rd IC3EM 2018 conference. All invited Authors are encouraged to review the “Guide for Authors” for formatting instructions and submission requirements (http://www.elsevier.com/locate/dyepig).

 Upon upload of the manuscript to Elsevier’s Editorial System (https://www.evise.com/profile/#/DYPI/login.), Authors should select “3rd IC3EM-2018” as the Article Type to ensure proper handling of the manuscript. All manuscripts must fall within the Aims & Scope of the Journal and will be subjected to standard peer-review and revision processes.

In order to meet publication deadlines, corrected proofs of all accepted manuscripts need be submitted by May 15th, 2018 for guaranteed inclusion in the Special Issue and publication within the Journal.

All invited Poster Authors are encouraged to review the “Guide for Authors” for formatting instructions and submission requirements (http://www.mdpi.com/journal/chemosensors/special_issues/New_insides_Fluorescent_Colorimetric_Probes).

Authors should sent the papers to the “Special Issue “New insides in Fluorescent and Colorimetric Probes”

as the Article Type to ensure proper handling of the manuscript. All manuscripts must fall within the Aims & Scope of the Journal and will be subjected to standard peer-review and revision processes.
